Ti Kuan Yin, one of the most well known premium oolong teas and known as Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong, hails from China's Wuji Mountains. A superb tea, light in character with orchid-like notes. It’s lightly baked with full body and flavor. Be sure to leave plenty of room in your infuser with this tea as you enjoy the fun of watching these tightly packed leaves stretch and unfurl to three and four times their original size! This oolong re-steeps well.

Steeping Time: 2-4 minutes
