Water Temp: 212F (just before boil)
Tea per Cup: 1 Teaspoon per cup
Steeping Time: 3-7 minutes

Very tame
If you like a lot of spice in your chai this isn’t the one. It’s very simple compared to the others with not a lot of intense spice mix. It’s nice and mellow with or without cream.
