Loyalty / Rewards Program

Serene Teaz wants to thank you for being a loyal customer so we came up with a way to show our appreciation with a point based rewards system.

Earning Points

Our rewards system provide multiple ways to earn points - make sure you have created your account on our site to enable the options below (select create account at the top of the home page to begin your setup).

  • Ordering through our web site (www.sereneteaz.com) When you place an order you automatically receive a point for each dollar spent.
  • Refer others to our web site.   Receive 25 100 points ($5 value) when your friends place an order on our site.   Detailed instructions are available at SereneTeaz.com/referrals/
  • Sharing our website on Facebook or Twitter Tell others about our site through Facebook / Twitter (or both) and you will receive 10 points credit.  Share our site by selecting the “Rewards Program” link found at the bottom of any page on our web site.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed anytime on our web site (www.sereneeteaz.com) for savings on purchases using the following steps.
  1. Select items and fill your shopping cart.
  2. Select the “Rewards Program” link found at the bottom of any page on our web site to claim your rewards.

  3. Click on the "Spend Points" option near the bottom of the rewards pop-up window.

  4. Your current rewards points balance will be listed at the top of the pop-up window.
    Select your reward amount (based on how many points you have available to spend - our example is redeeming for a $10 off reward).

  5. The rewards system will create a redemption code that can be used during checkout (the entire code is not displayed in the window below).  We suggest using the 'copy' option to save the full code for use in the next step.

  6. Close the rewards pop up and return to the main web site window.   
    Select the checkout option and provide the information requested in steps 1-3 (Name, Address, Shipping method).
    When in step 4 (Order Confirmation) copy the coupon code from the last step into the available text box (use Ctrl+V if you click on the copy button in the prior step).   Complete the coupon saving by clicking the "apply" button.rewards-redeem5.png
  7. You will now see that the rewards amount has been applied to the order - along with the corresponding coupon code listed.

  8. Congratulations!  You can now complete your order.

  • 100 Points = $5 off
    200 Points = $10 off
    500 Points = $25 off
