We will return unused items within 30 days of the original order date. We offer full refunds on unused tea accessories. We do not currently offer online returns on opened or used items. All gift cards and sale items are final sale.
If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference or your mistake (eg. incorrect shipping address), you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us.
Upon receipt of your return the product will be visually inspected for any signs of use or damage to determine credit. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7 business days
