Caffeinated, compressed black tea
A very smooth, earthy character makes Pu Erh a sophisticated and rich tea. This tea is oxidized twice and in between the oxidation process is sprayed with a bacteria, which allows this tea to age over time. Because of this process, Pu Erh is great for digestion and stomach ailments.
This particular Pu erh is compressed into Tou Cha bowls (nest shaped). This tea is also able to be re- steeped multiple times in the same day.

Pu-erh tea cakes
If this is anything like the stuff we brought back from China, it is a really good-flavored tea! I like how you can get multiple cups out of this tea. At least 3 good strong flavored cups per heaping teaspoon equivalent!
