Steeping Instructions
Temp: 203-212F
Tea per cup: 1/2-1 teaspoon per 8oz cup
Time: 3-7 minutes or to desired taste
Yield
2oz bag = 20-25 cups (8oz)
4oz bag = 40-50 cups (8oz)
8oz bag = 80-100 cups (8oz)
16oz bag = 160-200 cups (8oz)

Wonderful tasting tea and helps you breathe easy
One of my favorite teas for a relaxing evening. Also getting ready for the fall and winter colds that sneak up unexpectedly. If you steep your tea a bit longer it helps open your lungs and any head colds. Thanks

Great peppermint in most reliable packaging
I've had lots of trouble finding a place that sells good peppermint in a container that won't let it dry out and lose half the flavor in just a month or two. This peppermint (4oz) lasts me for months of delicious loose leaf tea. I also recommend getting a small amount of spearmint, for adding a tiny bit on days when you want your peppermint to have just a tiny extra waking up kick.
