Temp: 180F (just before boil)
Tea per cup: 1 teaspoon per 8oz cup
Time: 2-3 minutes

16oz bag = 160-200 cups (8oz)

Love to have genmacha with Chinese takeout
This green tea has the delicious taste of toasted rice just like that which is served at an authentic Chinese restaurant. Love it

Rare flavor, not for everyone
I really like the roasted, hearty, taste to this tea. It's very different, and not something I've seen often. That being the case, you'll either find it's uniqueness interesting or you won't like it. For me, it's not an everyday tea, but it's a nice change of pace tea that has a permanent spot in my rotation
