Tea time

Is this summer or spring?  I am sure you all feel the same way. I was just planning my production of our tea  packing this week and I looked out side and said I need a tea.  I started the water and thought this weather is crazy. Hot tea today and in a couple days when its going to be almost 100 degrees will be  thirsting for  iced tea. 

That's the greatest thing about tea you can have it hot when you need comforting. You can have it iced when you need cooling down. The flavors that are out there for either hot or cold are amazing! Not like any other beverage.
