Tea shipments

This pandemic is being felt all over the world, not just here in the United States. 

Serene Teaz is starting to see some fall out and wanted to share with you. 

We sent an email out in November to advise shipments in the US would have longer lead times

due to Covid hitting our Postal/ Fedex facilities. Which some of you probably felt (and we are sorry).

Now we are starting to feel it from our oversea tea plantations. We are starting to get longer

lead times from certain countries. We used to be able to see 4-8 week deliveries and they are stretching

to 10-14 weeks. 

Why are we telling you this? 

Since delivery to us may take longer we wanted to make the following suggestions:

• Keep an eye on your favorites and make sure to keep extra stock.
  Most teas remain fresh for 12-18 months (1 - 1 1/2 years) if stored properly
• Order earlier than normal to allow for longer lead times. 

If you don't see a tea on our website please contact us - the web site automatically removes items whenever we run out of inventory.   We are keeping a list of who to alert when we do receive items and they are available again.
