Did you know you can decaffeinate your tea by steeping your tea about 30 seconds with hot water?
Caffeine is water soluble, getting rid of the 30 second liquid and re-steeping the same leaves removes a good portion of the caffeine.
When you re-steep your teas, like White, Green and Oolong the first cup has most of the caffeine.
Saving your tea leaves for a later steeping in the day gives you less caffeine in your cup. It is very economical to do this too.
