Want to spice up the flavor of your boring oatmeal?
We know oatmeal is heart healthy. Why not add some flavor that is healthy also.
Follow your directions for your oatmeal, when it calls out for water use a chai tea in place of the plain water.
Say it calls out for 1 cup, make 1 cup of boiling water and add 2 tsp. of chai tea let it steep 3-5 minutes strain it and pour it into your oatmeal. Yummy
