Its that time of year when we think of bonfires.  Well if you love the smell of bonfires, you may have just fell in love with Lapsang Souchong tea.  The leaves for this tea are dried/fermented over a fire made of burning pine wood infusing an aroma that will stir up memories of Fall.

Known for its smokey smell and taste, many chefs cook with Lapsang Souchong tea by marinating meat that they want to have a smoked taste.
