Apple pieces, hibiscus blossoms, cinnamon rods, apple slices, almonds, rose hip peel, elderberries, sultanas, whole star aniseed, natural flavoring.
Steeping Instructions
Temp: 203-212F
Tea per cup: 1-2 teaspoons per 8oz cup
Time: 5-8 minutes or to desired taste
