White Tea

White tea is made by air drying the leaves or buds of the plant and optionally rolling (they are not oxidized or fired).   This minimal processing results in a mild flavor and natural sweetness.

White teas are typically prepared using non-boiling (190F) water, 1-2 teaspoons per 8oz cup, and a steeping time of 2-3 minutes.
