Serene Teaz stands behind its products and is confident that our customers will find that our tea is the finest quality. If a customer is not happy with his/her purchase we ask that the unused portion be returned to us within 30 days of purchase and a credit will be issued for the full amount. To assure proper credit email us at Tea@SereneTeaz.com before returning product for return authorization and shipping information.
Shipping
Serene Teaz offers either FedEx or USPS for your shipping needs. We offer free ground shipping for customers purchasing $75.00 or more. Since we are located in the Midwest region, estimated shipping times range from 1 to 4 days delivery depending on where you are located. All orders placed will ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
