Cinnamon pieces, hawthorn petals, ginger, cloves, black pepper, cardamom.
Tea per cup: 1-2 teaspoons per 8oz cup
Time: 8+ minutes
2oz bag = 20-25 cups (8oz)
4oz bag = 40-50 cups (8oz)
8oz bag = 80-100 cups (8oz)
16oz bag = 160-200 cups (8oz)

Excellent way to get some relief after a bit too big of a meal!
That said, the flavor's great, so just add a bit of honey and enjoy anytime.
