Historically, our Name the Tea Contests have been for in-store visitors only.  While we haven’t been able to work out how to get tasters out through the Internet (I’m sure someone is working on this) we decided that it wasn’t fair to our Internet customers to not include them in the naming.  We’ll do our best to describe the characteristics of the tea below (if you are near the store in the new few days we invite you to stop in for a sample to enjoy the full experience).

Submissions for names will be held through February 14th.

Our new tea is a Lemon and Ginger White tea.

Aroma:  Strong lemon with hints of ginger.
Liquor:  Bright, clear and yellow.
Taste:  Smooth and cream lemon with undertones of ginger.

Ingredients:  Bai Mu Dan white tea, lemon peel, lemongrass, lemon myrtle, ginger root.

We are no longer taking new submissions for this tea.  Thank you all for your submissions.
