  • Less caffeine then Black tea and coffee.
  • It has a natural fluoride for your teeth.
  • It has antibacterial properties to help fight gum disease.
  • Green tea has a component called L-theanine (amino acids), may offer cognitive benefits and improve mental clarity. It also is the component in tea which helps us relax.
  • Contains Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) may protect normal cells from cancer
  • Aids in weight loss (speeds up metabolism)
