Retail Sales Associate
Serene Teaz is seeking individuals who enjoy tea and who want to share their passion for tea with others. Positions are available at either our Wheaton or Elmhurst locations.
Serene Teaz offers a comfortable environment for customers to sample and enjoy a variety of teas and to learn about tea and the tea industry.
Responsibilities:
- Top-level customer service
- Steeping and serving tea
- Sample and memorize all teas available in store
- Learn how to brew each type of tea
- Become familiar with all accessories in store
- Cleaning and stocking merchandise
Qualifications:
- Passion for tea and tea related items
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and other employees
- Minimum of 12-15 hours per week
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Permanent positions (non seasonal)
Prior knowledge of tea is not required as you will be trained on all aspects of the store.
The Sales Associate position equips individuals with the knowledge they need to step up to the next level of leadership.
