Ayurvedic / Health Tea

Ayurvedic / Health infusions generally contain herbs and spices meant to help out specific health conditions. They usually do not contain any tea leaves.

Caffeine

Ayurvedics generally do not contain any tea leaves and also do not have any caffeine.

Steeping

Ayurveics should be prepared using boiling water and 1 teaspoon per 8oz cup. The steeping time on these can be very long and will not get bitter. Also, depending on the contents of the blend, the nutrients will be stronger if left to steep for longer periods.

Each of the Serene Teaz Ayurvedic options indicates the necessary steeping instructions to enjoy.
